Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) serves as the foundation for our manufacturing approach. It's used to integrate concept, design, process development, and verification. Our quality planning begins with a cross-functional team comprised of quality, engineering, and manufacturing personnel who develop and implement control plans; failure mode and effects analysis; gauge correlation and repeatability tests; product launch gate reviews; process capability evaluations; and first piece, in-process, and final inspection plans.
Production part approval process (PPAP) procedures are conducted in full compliance with IATF 16949, as well as any customer-specific requirements.
